I am left-handed so I wish the Velcro was set up the other way but that is typical. Besides that, I should warn you this back brace is addictive. I bought it for Strongman Sandbag Puts so my waist could bend freely but with some support. Now I wear it no matter what the workout is. I bought an XL first based on the sizing chart and my waist measurement. It was too big so be careful of that. Overall, a great product for much less than the competitors would buy again.

This belt is by far the most comfortable support belt I have owned. It literally feels like you're not even wearing it, but provides great support without binding or gouging. If you put a deadlift belt on with it for your heavy lifts, I don't think there is any better support out there.

Have a recurring L5 spinal disk that gives me periodic pain and restricts squatting and pulling from time to time. Bought the brace for added stability and warmth under lifting belt. Works great. True to size chart!

Got the sizing wrong on the first go, had to return for a size lower. But once the right size came in, all bets were off. I feel much tighter and more stable under a log or pulling a deadlift than just using the 10mm belt. I only wish it had loops to run my lever belt through.
