A Versatile Belt
Made from synthetic leather, this belt is slightly more comfortable and soft than standard leather belts. You’ll find this 13mm thick and 10cm (4 inches) wide single prong buckle belt in various sizes. The tapered end gives a good grip when tightening your single prong lifting belt. Adjusted to your personal preferences, the belt offers firm and consistent support while performing lifts like deadlifts, squats, benching or clean & jerks and other exercises. For quick and easy adjustments, the single prong buckle is just right. The loop keeps the belt in place and out of the way.

I’m 34inches exact , I thought the size M would fit perfect but It only goes to the three first button wholes, I would recommend to go L if you’re 34in. the belt material is so strong and good and it’s such a cute belt !

Super great belt really provides stability to the core.
I searched high and low for the perfect belt for me. Put in hours upon hours of research and it all kept leading me back to Strength Shop’s belts due to the quality and multitude of positive reviews. I was worried I would have issues with it being too stiff but this belt conforms easily and does not take much to do so. It was simple enough to get used to it but not diminishing quality. Also with me being vegan the moral dilemma with belts was an issue but thankfully to Strength Shop I did not have to compromise. It is comfy to wear but still provides. I highly recommend this belt for its ease of use, comfort, and durability.
Nice belt. It's quite rigid, so it's easy to get a good bracing effect with it for squats, press, etc.. Not as comfortable perhaps as a leather belt, but the price is right – and it's vegan, which is cool. I've found the belt loosens up with wear and also with deliberate stretching and bending. I'm a size 32" waist and bought a Medium. If I buckle it at the 5th belt hole (I think there's maybe 10 total), it's nice and snug. Hope that helps someone.

Good quality. Hard to take off initially, but will get easier as you keep bending and using the belt.
Great belt! Fits nicely. 5’10 205 lbs. went with the large. My waist around bellly button was 40”. Fits on the fourth hole so if I gain size there’s room to play with

I don't have pictures right now because I'm on a business trip, but I did experience the Strength Shop 13mm Single Prong Belt. it fits well and hugs my waist. Before buying, I thought if I buy the wrong size, will I be able to exchange it? But luckily it fits my waist.
Belt is very stiff so I had to play with it to help break it in, overall it’s very durable when I started squatting with it. So far it’s a good belt!
I loved it but Im broke and wanted a buckle one and this is the same thing just with out the cool buckle
