A Versatile Belt
Made from synthetic leather, this belt is slightly more comfortable and soft than standard leather belts. You’ll find this 10mm thick and 10cm (4 inches) wide single prong buckle belt in various sizes. The tapered end gives a good grip when tightening your single prong lifting belt. Adjusted to your personal preferences, the belt offers firm and consistent support while performing lifts like deadlifts, squats, benching or clean & jerks and other exercises. For quick and easy adjustments, the single prong buckle is just right. The loop keeps the belt in place and out of the way.

My first actual weightlifting belt and it’s amazing. I’m right between XL and XXL so I went with XXL and fits good. The exterior feels similar felt.

Great belt helps a lot
This is the best weightlifting belt I have ever use. It felt like someone is giving me a spot while doing squats in the weight room. It protects my back while doing deadlifts as well.

I have owned Both the double prong belt and sleeves from strength shop,I am not one to usually leave reviews but the quality the items have shown for the price completely shocked me ,will be returning customer for my future powerlifting equipment need,I will compete in my first APF sanctioned meet in September and wanted to say if they're others on the fence about this company's products you will not be disappointed.I am 5'06 @ 145.lb body weight and this single is at RPE 7-8 for those wondering

I'm a size 30 waist and figured it would be bigger but these are true to their size. I wish I got the next size up because I can only adjust it 2 or 3 more notches. Has no impact on functionality though, just personally would want to have a little more excess belt to work with. Otherwise great thick material compared to the cheap Amazon belt I used in the past.

This is my first serious lifting belt, and after some use it’s been a blast. I honestly wasn’t expecting much at this price point, but when it was delivered and I pulled it out of the box I was pleasantly surprised. The solid 10mm belt took a bit of breaking and the belt prongs are very rugged. Overall great purchase. This is a wonderful first lifting belt for beginners due to the price, but I also think more advanced lifters would also love this belt.
This belt is exactly what I was looking for. I had problems finding a belt that fit my body type, and was thick enough to support my lifts. I’ve recommended it to all my gym bros.

Best belt I’ve ever owned!
I received the belt very quickly. The strength in strength shop is really shown by the strength of the belt. It’s super sturdy and the prongs lock in with ease.
The trunk support is night and day with this belt. Super comfy, strong, and as easy as putting on a belt.

I bought a weight belt for my son. When it came it was the wrong size. The support staff helped to easily exchange it for the right size. My son loves it. He lifts heavy weights and needed the support. The belt works perfectly. I highly recommend The Strength Shop! They’re fast, and easy to work with and their products are great.

Keeping my back stable while lifting, I'm 67 years of age with a 450 pound seated press for reps again my belt is an awesome piece of equipment.
Very well crafted belt! Will take some time to break it in, but you won’t be sorry. You will get many years out of it, in fact I’m not sure you could ever wear this belt out!
