To measure, check the circumference of your knee with your leg straight. If you're on the cusp of two sizes and prefer them tight go for the smaller of the two sizes, and if you prefer them not so tight go for the larger of the two.

The material and design is perfect. I probably should have gone a size smaller, but sizing said to goo with XL as my knee is 18 around.

High quality sleeves. Sizing is good if you want quite firm compression. Does not totally cut off circulation and doesn’t seem to add to my lifts at all. I prefer this style over neoprene. It’s a little tighter than I would’ve preferred, but I should’ve sized up because I am specifically looking for “slightly cozy” as opposed to “firm grip”. But, that’s a me problem. I can wear the for entire training sessions without discomfort.
Awesome, and I mean Awesome. I've used them for a long while and they've kept their shape and elasticity. I wear these to go to work in a State Prison in the States. They keep my knees warm and ready just in case i have to negotiate an unhappy friendly. Listen to your Mamma, and become a Plastic Surgeon or a Lawyer. Otherwise Hardtimes and Hell Awaits.

Purchased these for light leg days and they do not disappoint! Purchased the same size as my Odin’s these ones seem to fit a bit more loose but I’m sure they’ll shrink down in size. Definitely happy with my purchase!

Definitely one of my favorite things to use when during deadlift. These are great knee sleeves I highly recommend them for those who don't want too tight but enough to keep the knee joint in place and keep from the DraStic injury happening.
