Black 10mm x 3" Weight Lifting Powerlifting Belt.

We have had a lot of requests for a 3" wide belt for various reasons - some people prefer 3" for Deadlifting as it is less intrusive and still very supportive (sometimes the 4" wide belt can dig into your hips/ribs but this is greatly reduced with the 3" wide lever belt).
Single prong roller buckle.
These belts are made from artificial leather and give excellent support when lifting. Slightly more supple than standard leather belts, they mold to the contours of the back/body whilst providing unsurpassed support and protection to the back when training/lifting.

I bought the size L 34 to 40 inch belt. I have bought this exact belt once before and wanted a back up, but I am now on the 2nd to last inside hole, so I will be sizing down. I am 185 lbs, 6 feet tall for context. Great belt.
Good belt for the price. I am loving it for squats and hinges.
Last week I deadlifted less than this with a different belt and felt my whole back give out. This belt is INCREDIBLE. It does NOT move and gives perfect support! Since getting this belt just 2 weeks ago my deadlift has gone up from 205 to 220. And my squat has also jumped from 165 to 180. The support is EVERYTHING! It is comfortable and exceptional quality. I highly recommend!

This belt works really great! I definitely feel the abdominal pressure, and it feels secure and tight. The 10mm Single Prong Belt 3 inch belt fits really well, since 4 inch belts are way too distracting when setting up for deadlifts. Of course, with any new belt, it will be stiff, so as you use it more, you will break it in. I got this belt for my 1st upcoming USAPL meet in April, so I have plenty of time to train with it. I am loving it so far, and looking forward to more productive sessions with this belt. Plus, it has the kanji for "strength" placed on the belt. How badass is that!

I have severe scoliosis and have been lifting for years. The last few years I have had to cut back on weight and was constantly injuring myself. This belt is a saving grace! This is the heaviest I've lifted in years and zero issues. I greatly appreciate the 3 inch belt. 4 was too wide and pinched my ribs.

This is my first lifting belt and I have no complaints so far. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and it offers the support I need without interfering with my positioning during lifts. Customer service was also great! I had to edit an order and they responded and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes!

Great value. I've been using this belt during my peaking block leading up to my first meet. It got the job done. Broke in easily, feels supportive, and is perfect for a smaller lifter. For reference I'm 5'1 56kg.

This three-inch belt doesn't crack my ribs during deadlifts like a four-inch belt does. Much more comfortable. A good investment. Double thumbs-up!

I absolutely love this belt for power lifting. I have a very short torso and all of the other belts I have used put way too much pressure on my ribs. Highly recommend for my fellow short torso'd ladies !

Very seldom do I bench with a belt but when I do this belt is my bench belt. I don’t like super thicc belts when I bench. I get plenty of support with it. Accidentally ordered an XS instead of a small but as long as I don’t get any fatter I’ll be able to work with it

This belt is a serious weight lifting belt. It is 10 mm thick and very supportive. The 3” width is perfect for squats and dead lifts. I was a little concerned that there is just one pin on the buckle but the thickness of the leather makes a double pin unnecessary. I an very happy with this purchase. A real benefit to my lifting sessions.

If you've got a very short torso, this belt is exactly what you need. It's thick, sturdy, and most importantly, the right size. Doesn't dig into my ribs at all!

Really needed this 3” belt. I’m 5’ 3”, have a shorter torso, so the 4” just digs in and is painful to wear. Wore this for the first time at the gym a few days ago, and it was very comfortable!

This belt is exactly what i’ve been looking for! I’m 5’2 with a small and short waist so it took me awhile to find a quality 3 inch belt for a decent price. I am so happy with the XS size with only one belt loop. This belt is perfect for female lifters with a small body frame.

I had to get an approved powerlifting belt that fit my wife for her first powerlifting meet. We had to get it shipped within 3 weeks and chose standard shipping and it came within a week. We were pleasantly surprised with the speed at which we got it and it was exactly what she needed that fit her. The 4 inch belts are too wide for her smaller frame so the 3 inch belt works perfectly.
